DynamWorks LLC ("Company" or "We") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy describes how we handle information when you use the Thamizhi mobile application ("the App"), including its keyboard extension and in-app script conversion features.

Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:

• No text you type is recorded, logged, or transmitted
• No keystrokes from the keyboard extension are captured or sent to any server
• No analytics, crash reports, or usage data are collected by us
• No personal identifiers (name, email, device ID) are collected
• No location data is accessed
• No contacts, photos, or other device data is accessed
• No cookies, web beacons, or tracking technologies are used

Keyboard Extension

The Thamizhi keyboard extension processes all text input entirely on your device. No keystrokes, text, or input data ever leaves your device through our App. The keyboard extension does not request or use Full Access.

Script Conversion

All script conversion between English (Latin), Tamil, and Thamizhi (Tamil Brahmi) is performed locally on your device. No text is sent to external servers for processing.

Subscriptions

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (Thamizhi Pro) through Apple's App Store. Subscription transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for information on how Apple handles purchase data.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service involved is Apple's StoreKit for processing in-app subscriptions, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Data Storage

The App stores only your subscription status locally on your device using Apple's StoreKit framework. No other data is stored persistently.

Children Under the Age of 13

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, the App is safe for users of all ages. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at contact@dynamworks.com.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with certain rights regarding your personal information. Since the App does not collect, sell, or share any personal information, these rights are inherently satisfied. No personal data is collected, stored, or disclosed to third parties.

European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides you with certain rights regarding your personal data. Since the App does not collect or process any personal data, no personal information is transferred, stored, or processed. Your privacy rights under the GDPR are inherently respected.

Changes to This Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to this privacy policy within the App with an updated "Last updated" date. If we make material changes to how we handle user information, we will notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
